Donald Francois Tolmie’s Dissertation online

While looking for some Galatians material I stumbled across Tolmie’s PhD dissertation available online. Tolmie has written a number of articles and essays on Galatians so it was a pleasant surprise to find his dissertation posted for all the world to read.
